Dr. Amira Mahmoud is a distinguished sole practitioner, dual-qualified in France and Egypt, with specialized expertise in international arbitration, cross-border disputes, public international law, investment law, and commercial matters. Her extensive experience across prestigious legal institutions makes her a trusted advisor to businesses, law firms, governments, and international organizations.

Dr. Mahmoud has represented states and private entities in complex investment disputes across major tribunals, including ICSID, ICC, CRCICA, LCIA, CCFA, and ad-hoc Tribunals. Her expertise extends beyond arbitration proceedings to encompass the execution and enforcement of arbitration awards, providing clients with seamless support through every stage of the dispute resolution process.

She also serves as an arbitrator, well-versed in both institutional and ad hoc rules, and applies her expertise across a broad range of sectors and legal issues.
